Working conditions:
- Contract type: Umowa zlecenia
- Rate: 22,80 PLN/hour netto; 23,30 PLN/hour net from month 12 onwards;
- Rate for employees under 26 years old: ≈ 25,55 PLN/hour netto
- Rate for students under the age of 26: 28.10 zł/hour netto
- Monthly salary: ≈ 5500 – 8100 PLN netto
- Number of hours per month: ≈ 240 – 290 h
- Working schedule: 2 shifts of 12 hours/5 days a week + 8 hours on Saturday
- Accommodation: 480 zł (deducted from salary)
- Transportation: 10 minutes walk from accommodation to work

- Machine maintenance
- Manufacturing of insoles for shoes under a press using special molds and temperatures. It is necessary to put the material in the machine and press 2 buttons for the machine to cut the necessary size of the insole.

- Technical maintenance of machines
- Insole sizing
- Printing of logos
- Packaging of finished products
